US chief diplomat to push for 'concrete steps' to protect Gaza civilians

Secretary of State Antony Blinken - the US's top diplomat - has been meeting Israel's prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu and president Isaac Herzog. Mr Blinken is seeking "concrete steps" from the Israeli government to minimise harm to civilians in Gaza.
