Greece is more than 300 billion euros in debt and urgently needs revenues. One source is the fight against tax fraud, which cheats the state of billions of euros each year. Tax evasion cheats the Greek state of an estimated 11 to 16 billion euros each year – one-third of the amount of taxes that ARE collected.
